Please note that NergetixPay’s role is limited solely to processing payments; it does not manage, sell, or distribute any products or services. 2.1 NergetixPay exclusively provides payment processing services for transactions made on affiliated websites. We are not involved in the creation, sale, or delivery of the products or services that you purchase. Any inquiries, disputes, or issues related to your purchase should be directed to the customer support team of the respective website.

2.2 NergetixPay does not handle refunds, returns, or cancellations. These matters are governed by the policies of the website where the purchase was made. It is your responsibility to ensure that all payment details provided are accurate and up to date.

3. User Agreement

3.1 All payments processed through NergetixPay are facilitated by trusted third-party providers, including but not limited to PayPal and Stripe. When using these services, you are also subject to the terms and conditions of the respective payment provider.

3.2 You are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided during the checkout process is accurate and up to date. This includes, but is not limited to, billing addresses, credit card numbers, and other payment details required by the payment provider.

3.3 By submitting your payment information, you authorize NergetixPay and its third-party payment providers to charge the full amount of your purchase to the payment method you have selected.

3.4 Once your payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation of the transaction from the payment provider. This confirmation serves as proof of payment and should be retained for your records.
